We've talked about WHY you're building AI (the problem).
We've talked about WHAT you're building (the solution definition).
Now it's the end of 2025, and there's one question left:
HOW are you actually going to build and test it?
Two types of people on January 1st
Type 1: "This year, I'm finally going to implement AI in my business."
(Spoiler: By March, they're still researching tools, watching tutorials, and stuck in analysis paralysis.)
Type 2: "By end of January, I'll have one working AI solution that solves one specific problem, tested with real users."
(Spoiler: By February, they're iterating based on actual feedback.)
The difference isn't ambition. It's not even skills.
It's HOW they approach building.
The end of year reflection π
Look back at 2025. How many AI ideas did you have?
How many did you actually build and test?
If you're like most people: lots of ideas, zero (or maybe one half-finished) builds.
Why?
Because most people think building AI means:
Learning to code
Mastering prompt engineering
Understanding machine learning
Reading 47 blog posts about "the best AI stack"
So they never actually build.
What if it wasnβt so hard? π₯Ή
Here's what actually works:
Week 1: Define ONE problem (your WHY)
Week 2: Map the solution (your WHAT)
Week 3: Build a rough version (your HOW)
Week 4: Test with 5-10 real users
Week 5: Make adjustments, keep going.
That's it. Five weeks. One solution. Real feedback.
Not perfect. Not scalable yet. But real.

What are you testing in January?
Not "What are you planning to build?"
Not "What course are you going to take?"
What are you putting in front of real users to get real feedback?
Because here's the thing about 2026:
You can spend the whole year learning, planning, and perfecting.
Or you can spend January building and testing, and the next 11 months iterating based on what actually works.
The 2026 kick-off challenge πͺ
Before January ends:
Pick ONE AI problem to solve (from your WHY work)
Define WHAT the solution needs to do (the 3 circles)
Build a rough version (doesn't have to be perfect)
Test it with 5-10 real users
Iterate based on feedback
If you do this, you'll be ahead of all the people who are still "planning to get started with AI."
Your two options π
Option 1: Do it yourself
Define WHAT to build with our free scan.
Then build using whatever tools you're comfortable with. Test with colleagues, clients, or friends. Iterate.
Option 2: Build with us (just you or your team)
Work directly with us through an individual or team sprint. We guide you through all 5 days from WHY to a tested, working solution.
By March 1st, you'll have something real this time around.
New Year Offer: Get 40% off any individual or team sprint if you purchase before the second week of January.
Book a call with us by Jan 10th to make sure you start the year off with a bang.
The real question is not "Should I implement AI in 2026?"
It's: "Will I actually build and test something in January, or will I still be planning in March?"
What's your answer?
Until next year,
Maaria & JosuΓ©
