I always struggled with the βpromisesβ of AI. The hype of 10x this and that.
After seeing endless demos on how to MULTITASK more, I struggled to feel excited about it. After all, what I want in life is the ability to focus, to mono-task and be present in the world. And thatβs what I did last week.
Last week I touched 5 different parts of my business π
App features
Website redesign
Client delivery
Product launch
Event marketing
All from one terminal window. All through conversation. All one at a time.
No switching between Notion and Canva and Website Buidler and my CRM and my email platform. No context switching. No trying to remember where I put that thing.
One place. One CLAUDE.md file that holds everything Claude needs to know about how I work.
Week 3, day-by-day π
Day 11 - App Redesigned diagnosis to reflect your exact words back before analyzing. Recognition before insight.
Day 12 - App Separated morning and evening flows. Different energy for different times.
Most importantly: Voice first is here. All AI works with voice recognition now. No need to βtype inβ. You speak, the AI analyzes and you accept or edit.
This one was hard. I am a millennial, so manual tapping and adding is in my blood. I forgot AI is here to change the whole logic.
Day 13 - App Built Weekly Growth Review. This is the feature that proves transformation over time.
Day 14 - Marketing Event landing page, signup form, confirmation email with calendar invite. All through conversation.
Day 15 - Website About page, 12 testimonials, homepage redesign. From explaining to showing the value.
Day 16 - Client Shipped first pilot client's entire Four Languages system. Adapted for her context, pushed to GitHub. One session.
What made this possible π€
When I say "create the live event page," Claude now knows my brand system, my Supabase setup, how to send the invitation emails.
When I say "build this client's system," Claude knows the folder structure, the protocols, what to commit and how.
It took time to get here, but once you have honed your systems and documents, you save more time than you could imagine. The systems compound. Every pattern I build becomes available for the next thing.

This is what I keep thinking about:
Solopreneurs juggle 10 different tools. Context switching constantly. Mental load of remembering where everything lives, what format each thing needs, which platform does what.
What if all of it lived in one place?
What if your business had a single hub that understood your voice, your offers, your way of working - and could help you build across all of it?
That's what I'm building. Not just an app. A way of operating.
And beyond that, what if it actually prompted you to *live a better life.*
Come see it live π
On February 19, I'm doing a live build session. You'll watch me work inside this system. How I navigate it, how I talk to it, how it helps me build.

Not a polished demo. The actual thing.
See you soon,
Maaria
